Rich Rossi is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for U.S. Tower. He is responsible for all aspects of the legal organization, including government affairs and compliance. He leads the legal team to deliver high-quality support for existing business lines, new products, and growth needs, limiting unnecessary risks and threats and maintaining industry leadership with regulators, peers, trade associations, and other key stakeholders.

Mr. Rossi joined American Tower in 2001 to negotiate divestitures and mergers and acquisitions transactions for the Corporate business development team. Before being appointed to his current position, he served in various operational and legal roles for U.S. Tower, including Director of Contract Management and Vice President of Legal.

Mr. Rossi received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Providence College.

Mr. Rossi serves on the board of directors for East Cambridge Savings Bank. He also serves as the Vice Chair for WIA’s Executive Advisory Committee and has spoken at multiple industry events to represent American Tower and industry interests.
