As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Bruno directs the human resources initiatives for U.S. Tower employees, including compensation planning, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership, organizational development, and internal communications.

With more than 20 years of human resources experience in fast-growing, diverse industries, Ms. Bruno has built a core competency around helping functions and organizations grow by introducing scalable processes and programs, with a focus on building overall talent capabilities. Before joining American Tower in 2011, she held senior positions in human resources at Genzyme Corporation, Ingersoll Rand, and General Mills, as well as at a smaller privately-held investment bank and an internet, business-to-business start-up. She began her career with MetLife in New York City.

Ms. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Science and an M.I.L.R. both from Cornell University.

Ms. Bruno is serving a one-year term as a director on the board for the American Tower Foundation.
