As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Tower, Donna Lucente oversees the entire finance organization, working to secure and enhance the Company’s industry-leading position. Her teams ensure a strong foundation of financial data and stewardship to build and modernize processes, allowing the Company to unlock value through analytics, strong business partnerships, and continuous improvements, while fostering its growth and development.

Before joining the U.S. Tower Division in 2019 as Vice President and Controller, Ms. Lucente spent three years as Senior Director, External Reporting with the Company’s Corporate finance organization. Prior to that, she spent 14 years at Steinway Musical Instruments, rising to the level of Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Vice President. Earlier in her career, she spent time at Deloitte & Touche LLP and the Office of the State Auditor for Massachusetts.

Ms. Lucente holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.
